Oven for the presensitized Offset plates thermosetting.
The plates are treated previously with a thermo-protector product, to then be inserted manually inside the baking chamber. This procedure may vary depending in the oven type (frontal for the bigger formats and superior for the two smaller ones).
The inserted plate is baked adequately thanks to the correct balance between:
- Temperature
- Time spent inside the chamber
- Perfect circulation of heated air
The combination of these three elements give a high technical quality and guarantee a precise baking homogeneity over the printing matrix surface.
